Happy 2012!!! So thankful to have another beautiful year to live! Setting some really awesome goals and trying to enjoy making my dreams happen.

Along those lines, I had a very special time with some of my closest friends on a super cute lunch hosted by my dearest Vanessa. Loved seeing all of you and ( we missed you Andrea!) Anyways, I love looking back at these pics and hopefully I can see you all again

Feliz Navidad & Merry Christmas! I absolutely love this day…maybe I should give you an insight about how we Colombian people celebrate it! First we start with a tradition called Novela–Its a nine day gathering with family and friends, we sing Villancicos ( Christmas Carols in Spanish) and we eat traditional Colombian pastries and such. On Christmas Eve, we usually have a pretty big dinner, we dance latin music…a collection of Salsa, Merengue, Vallenato & maybe some Bachata. Whew…the dancing is a pretty big deal..there are steps to each one of these types of music. ( I think I should eventually explain this part further!). On the 24th, we stay up until 12am…Christmas time! We open up presents then and usually dance some more! I really really enjoy the time with my friends and my family.
