Cory and Amber Savik

May 14, 2010

This wedding took place at Grande Dunes Ocean Club on May 1st, 2010. And what a beautiful day to get married…it was actually pretty windy at the beach, but I LOVED this couple and all the family members involved at the wedding. I was bonded to this family starting with Amber and Cory’e engagement session as well as with the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. It was really wonderful to meet their parents, siblings, friends and everyone else who just really allowed to me to feel part of the pack! Haha! They also all love my accent :) Anyhow, I was really comfortable to just do my thing and boy this was the perfect wedding to do so. I really love all the details and the flowers done by one of the best here Mark Gladden who is incredibly talented. There were so much put into these details, that I really enjoyed going around and photographing everything.

This was definitely one of my favorite weddings and the day really played out nicely. Thanks guys soo much for allowing me this opportunity to get to know you and share this day with you! Your families are really sweet and bonded with each other! May God bless your marriage!

Enjoy!

This was in incredibly sweet couple who decided to have a wedding just for the two of them! They came down from Vermont–pretty far away from their home, just to have a beach wedding. When she contacted me, she was looking for someone to really get creative…but honestly these two were sooo in love, it was soo easy to photograph. I loved working with them, but what made it so special, was the connection that they had for each other! we started at the Garden City Pier and moved onto Hunntington State Park! We had tons time…it was really a great time!

I know your marriage will be amazing and spicy too!! I love how spontaneous and energetic Michelle is! What a pleasure to meet you guys!

My fave of the day!

This session was done at the Market Commons in…its right in the heart of Myrtle Beach. We really have beautiful backgrounds and lots of variety and I think quickly is becoming a pretty popular spot to photograph couples…anyways, I loved this session! We took our time and had tons of fun! I cant wait until your wedding in July!

i love her expression!!

my fave!
